Supporters of Generations of Pride raise over $30,000 for behavioral health services!

Thanks to donors and attendees of the 3rd annual Generations of Pride event, over $30,000 was raised to help create a Behavioral Health Community Resource Room inside Aurora St. Luke’s South Shore. This area will help serve the mental and behavioral health needs, of not only hospital patients, but the greater community as well.

The event was held Friday, May 6 at Tuckaway Country Club in Franklin. Maximo Cueto, Jr., MD, was given the Honorary Chairperson award for his commitment to his patients and behavioral health services at Aurora St. Luke’s South Shore. CLICK HERE to see more photos from the event.

A recent study shows behavioral health is a top health issue for Milwaukee County and the South Shore community. The new resource room will be accessible to all community members and behavioral health organizations. This means more of our friends, neighbors and loved ones will have access to the care and support they need to get well. It’s not too late to support this effort, CLICK HERE to make a gift.
